Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + Commission (DOE)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and growing property company.
This role would suit someone with previous property experience, although candidates with strong customer service, sales, or account management experience who are looking to build a career in the property industry are also encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for supporting prospective tenants throughout the lettings process, arranging viewings, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and helping to drive the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Match applicants with suitable properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy agreements
- Manage applicant enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system
- Support the wider team in achieving branch targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Motivated, driven and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
