Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art applications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of nail products and supplies.
- Communicate effectively in English with clients and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology or beauty therapy.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
