What youll be doing
Youll gain hands-on experience while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through a structured training programme, leading to a recognised qualification. Youll be learning at a pace that suits you, supported by a mentor, your line manager and experienced colleagues.
Youll be supporting the Office Manager and Senior Management Team by helping to plan meetings, communicate decisions and deliver key administrative tasks. Youll also be contributing to corporate priorities such as financial management, business continuity, health and safety, and risk management, while helping to strengthen internal communications and processes across the office.
As part of a varied and collaborative environment, youll be working with teams across the Journal Office to build your skills and experience. This will include providing support in areas such as supplying papers to members of the House of Lords and responding to queries, assisting with data collection and analysis, and contributing to committee administration and the maintenance of registers of interests.
This is a multi-faceted role where youll be developing valuable skills through a mix of administrative and member-facing work.
