Job Title: Hotel Receptionist / Front of House & Security

The Palms Hotel London is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator with a strong focus on security and safety to join our team. Roles Available:
- Part-time and Full-time
- Day Receptionist and Night Receptionist
- SIA Badge and Door Supervisor experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Manage bookings (training provided)
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Operations, and Sales
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception desk
- Act as the first point of contact for guest enquiries and complaint resolution
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property
- Manage access control and enforce hotel policies
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of front office/reception experience (hospitality preferred)
- SIA license / Door Supervisor experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn booking and security systems
- Professional, reliable, and vigilant with a proactive approach to safety
- Weekend and flexible shift availability
