Job Vacancy: Part-time Bilingual (FR-EN) Receptionist and Secretary-Bookkeeper
Contract: Part-time
Start Date: Late August / Early September
Main Responsibilities:
- Reception: Greet, guide, and assist international students and visitors.
- Administration: Manage phone calls, emails, student assessments, registrations, and the administrative follow-up of courses.
- Bookkeeping: Monitor invoicing, follow up on bill payments, and handle day-to-day basic bookkeeping.
Profile Required:
- Languages: Fluent English and French are essential.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of hospitality, administrative rigor, and a solid foundation in bookkeeping.
- Mindset: Dynamic, independent, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Status: Valid Jersey work status (Registered / Entitled)
