- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up a wide range of hire items, including bouncy castles, dance floors, flower walls, lighting, and more
- Be hands-on at events—helping with setup, styling, and occasionally staying on-site to assist during the event
- Act as a friendly and professional face of Wee Tait, interacting with clients and guests on-site
- Ensure all items are presented to a high standard and that client expectations are met
- Follow planned delivery routes and maintain accurate timing for drop-offs and pick-ups
- Safely load and unload equipment—working in pairs for heavier items. Must be able to lift
Candidate Requirements
- Passionate about events and customer service.
- Able to take instruction but also confident working on your own initiative.
- Customer service experience desirable (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Must be able to travel to our base near Ibrox Stadium.
- Manual driving experience, particularly vans, is highly desirable and will increase shift availability and pay range.
