Join the Celtic Team | South Wales
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our team. At Celtic, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium service that goes beyond standard valeting. We are seeking someone who shares our high standards for vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction.
Based at our business premises in the centre of Neath, you will operate our mobile unit, covering the South Wales region.
The Role
Schedule: 4–5 days per week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (plus travel).
Contract: Labour-only, self-employed basis.
Core Responsibilities: Executing high-quality valeting and professional detailing services for our clients. You must be comfortable working on your own initiative, navigating the roads of South Wales, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
Valeting Rate: £14 per hour.
Detailing Rate: £19 per hour.
Performance Incentives: Annual performance bonus and referral bonuses.
Total Support: We provide the van, all professional-grade tools, premium supplies, fuel, and all necessary insurance.
Seamless Logistics: Your daily diary is managed centrally by the Celtic team, allowing you to focus entirely on the work in front of you.

Proven experience in professional vehicle detailing.
Specific qualifications or demonstrable experience in paint protection and ceramic coating applications.
A professional, reliable attitude and a passion for high-end vehicle care.
