About the Role
As a Nights Support Worker or Night Team Leader, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with a range of conditions to live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll support people to achieve personal goals, access activities they enjoy, and ensure they feel safe, respected, and heard every day.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: £13.00 – £14.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Time and a half pay on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Working Hours
- 12 hour shifts
- 4 one week 3 the next

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (no vehicle required)
- Experience of Positive Behaviour Support, Experience with Learning Disabilities, Experience with Mental Health. (desirable)
- Clear DBS check
- Ability to work alternate weekends
- Availability for one standby day per week (£20 payment)
- Early shift availability (arriving 15 minutes before start time)
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (desirable, not essential)
