We are looking for a motivated and organised Apprentice to join our team while working towards a Customer Service qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer files
- Filing, scanning, and printing documents
- Preparing and assembling sales packs
- Supporting the administrative team with daily tasks
- Ensuring all records are kept up to date and organised
- Assisting with general office duties as required

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
