We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and multi-skilled operative to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of sites in Belfast and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team.
You’ll be working on an exciting new contract with a well-established client, playing a key role in delivering high standards from day one.
Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled PPM visits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and complete job reports via mobile device
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency support as needed
- Deliver high standards of workmanship with a customer-focused approach

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance or multi-trade roles (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach
- Willingness to take part in an on-call rota
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
