Role Purpose
The Senior Surveyor will work within our high performing industry leading team in JLL’s Central London Capital Markets team, focusing on west end offices.
What this job involves:
Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)
Generation of buy side idea targets
Financial analysis of opportunities
Pre-sale due diligence
Pre-acquisition due diligence
Preparation of market reports
Property inspections and interaction with clients
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
RICS certification minimum 1 year post qualification experience
Need to be highly numerate with good report writing skills
A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.
Excellent attention to detail
Ideally knowledge of the London office sector and/or capital markets experience
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and hungry for success
