Salary: £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (dependent on level of qualification)
Sleep Rate: £55.00 per sleep
Overtime Rate: £15.00 per hour

The Role:
As a Support worker, you will become an essential part of an individual’s life by delivering person-centred support that is focused on all aspects of their health, wellbeing, independence, and development. You will be responsible for:
· Tailoring your support approach to meet the needs of each individual’s support plan.
· Providing a safe and positive living environment.
· Communicating well with others.
· Working as part of a team.

· Working shifts as part of a rolling rota (including long shifts, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays).
Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because we provide ourselves on facilitating a bespoke learning and development programme that encourages career progression within our organisation and social care profession.
