Job Overview
We are recruiting for Class 1 Days that are Limited in and around the area.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage delivery schedules effectively.
£20 Monday to Friday days
£22 - £24 Saturday and Sunday days
Duties
- Operate Trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods to designated locations while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Conduct Vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality.
- Secure Loads using appropriate methods to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with Transport regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday / or any pattern to suit.
- Saturday and Sunday available.
Qualifications
- Valid HGV licence with a Minimum of 6months experience
- Valid Digital Tacho Card
- Valid CPC Card
- No more than 6 points
