Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic <PERSON> Manager to oversee operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Fluency in both English and Spanish, along with multilingual abilities, will be highly advantageous in fostering effective communication across diverse teams and clients.
Duties
- Lead and supervise team members to ensure high performance and adherence to organisational standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
- Manage conflict resolution and support staff development initiatives.
- Oversee training programmes for new employees, ensuring they understand organisational policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to operations, staff performance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven management or supervising experience within a similar role.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Organised with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
