Our client urgently requires a Sales/ Sales Administrator to provide a high level of customer service and increasing sales. Working in a small established team, you will be target driven and customer focused:
Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Assisting customer with needs and providing quotations
- Taking orders and processing from through to delivery
- Working towards targets to increase business
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
- Business development
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Hours are 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
