BAR MANAGER WANTED
We're opening a new restaurant in Notting Hill and we're looking for a Bar Manager who wants more than just another bar job.
We want someone creative. Someone ambitious. Someone who gets excited by the idea of building something from scratch instead of walking into a finished operation.
This role is for the person who's constantly thinking of new cocktail ideas, noticing details in every bar they visit, obsessing over music, glassware, ingredients and guest experience, and who wants to create something people genuinely remember.

What you'll be doing:
- Building and leading an exceptional bar team
- Creating a drinks programme people will talk about
- Developing cocktails, seasonal specials and collaborations
- Owning the atmosphere and guest experience around the bar
- Managing stock, suppliers and profitability
- Working closely with the founders to help shape the direction of the business
