SHOWROOM ASSISTANT – Full Time 5 days per week (including Saturdays) Part time Tuesday-Thursday
NEPTUNE showroom assistants are so much more than sales assistants; they really are specialists in everything they do, from the outstanding service they provide to our customers to their in-depth product knowledge.
To ensure our customers experience the ‘wow factor’ every time they visit, you will:
o Welcome everyone so they feel at home and relaxed as they spend time in store
o Gently impart your product knowledge when supporting and guiding our customers with their furniture and interior choices
o Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
o Process customer orders and assist with weekly deliveries to store

You'll be a genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for excellent service and stunning interiors. You'll have a keen eye for detail and will understand the importance of presentation, personally and in store.
