The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in crafting bespoke pieces and bringing our designs to life with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery items, including wine rooms, kitchens, and wardrobes
- Work from CAD drawings to ensure accurate production
- Use a wide range of materials and techniques in the joinery process
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand-held power tools confidently and safely
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and high standard of finish
- Collaborate with a small, skilled team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in all aspects of workshop-based joinery
- Proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
- Excellent craftsmanship and commitment to quality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ideally 10+ years’ experience in the joinery industry
