Aston Manor Academy are seeking to appoint a well-qualified innovative and enthusiastic Teacher of Health and Social Care. The successful candidate will first and foremost be an excellent classroom practitioner, who has enthusiasm for their subject, is able to motivate and inspire students and will further support the high achievements of the department. Our 6th form is growing and the flexibility in the role is possible due to the growth of the number of our 6th form, increased number of students studying similar subjects in KS4 and the evolving landscape of post-16 education.
Applications are welcome from both experienced and newly qualified teachers who are looking for a part-time role. The post would involve you mostly teaching post-16 Pearson BTEC Health and Social Care but could also involve some teaching at KS4.
Equitas Academies Trust was formed in September 2012 and incorporates Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) and Chilwell Croft Academy (Primary).
