Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations.

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Organise work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate a team effectively.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Valid driving licence is desirable for mobility between sites or locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
