A well-established North West law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Preston office as part of a growing commercial disputes team.
This opportunity has arisen due to an increasing volume of commercial property disputes work from landlords, property portfolio managers and wider business clients. The role offers exposure to high-quality work alongside experienced senior lawyers within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property disputes, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals
- Forfeiture matters
- Dilapidations claims
- Possession proceedings
- Property portfolio and development-related disputes
You will manage your own caseload while also supporting on more complex matters for established commercial clients across the region.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with around 2–5 years’ PQE as a guide
- Strong experience in property litigation
- Commercial litigators with property disputes experience may also be considered
- Comfortable managing files and client relationships
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills
