With 48 bedrooms, a popular brasserie, weddings, events, and exciting expansion plans underway, this is a fantastic time to join a growing hotel with real ambition.
We are part of Distinct Group Ltd who operate hotels and hospitality venues focused on service excellence, teamwork, and guest experience. We are proud members of the Hoteliers’ Charter, committed to fairness, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our food and beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, has a passion for hospitality, and thrives in a busy and vibrant environment.
Whether serving a perfectly poured pint, preparing cocktails, or recommending drinks to guests, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for providing excellent service behind the bar, preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and ensuring guests receive a warm and professional experience. You'll maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, process orders efficiently, handle payments accurately, and support the wider food and beverage team during busy service periods. You'll also help with stock management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all licensing and health and safety procedures are followed.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous bar experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. You'll enjoy interacting with guests, work well under pressure, and be able to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
