Job Description:
As a Packer/Production Operative, you will play a key role in our factory's operations by working on the production line. This role involves working within a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate handling, weighting, packaging, and labeling of products while adhering to quality and safety standards. The work environment maintains a chill atmosphere.
We are seeking individuals ready for permanent employment and willing to work full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
- Ensure precise labeling and packaging of products
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Perform quality checks on packed products to maintain quality assurance
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors or team leads
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
- Prior experience in a similar role within a food processing or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided
