Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and taste excellence
- Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and leadership within the kitchen team
Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
