We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic Optical Advisor to join our award-winning team at McCrystal Opticians, Dungannon. You'll have a keen eye for detail, a natural flair for style, and the confidence to create a memorable experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience
- Managing enquiries, appointments and patient communications
- Delivering a personalised eyewear styling experience, helping patients find frames that suit their face shape, lifestyle and individual style
- Supporting patients in selecting the most appropriate lens and eyewear solutions
- Carrying out adjustments, repairs and follow-up care
- Developing knowledge of our premium products, services and eyewear collections
- Helping create engaging social media content and Practice promotions
- Maintaining a beautifully presented and well-stocked Practice environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required (4 years+)
- Optical experience is preferable, though training will be provided
- A genuine passion for people, style and service
- Someone who is organised, proactive and keen to grow within the role
Hours:
- Ideally 3-4 days per week (pro-rata salary)
