We care about the people who use our service and our staff therefore quality of service is paramount whilst balancing the home work life setting for our staff. We are looking for Home Care Assistants in Solihull to work:
Full or part-time hours
Previous experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but NOT essential since all training needs will be provided for you, including gaining a diploma in Health and Social Care.
We are NOT able to offer Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship with this role
You MUST already have the right to live and work in the UK
Requirements:
- To have empathy and understanding
- To be reliable and willing to work for the best interests of the people we care for
- To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
- To be a driver (with your own transport)
