Concept Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and experienced Homecare Care Assistants to join our growing team in Essex. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will be caring, reliable, and committed to improving the well-being of others.
Duties
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with daily routines and promote independence.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation based on dietary needs and restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to encourage mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Must be a Driver and have a Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Previous experience in a homecare or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A compassionate and caring nature with a strong desire to help others.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is beneficial for client transportation.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
