Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Adventure Activity Leader to join our new adventure business at Low Briery Holiday Park. Based in Keswick, this role involves leading outdoor activities that enhance our guests' holiday experience and ensures they have a fun packed stay with memorable experiences, such as:
- Guided walks and hikes
- Mountain adventures
- Bushcraft sessions
- Navigation and survival skills
- Team-building activities
- Family adventure experiences
- Seasonal and bespoke outdoor events
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise outdoor adventure activities ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.
- Develop engaging activity programs aligned with the park’s offerings.
- Provide instruction and coaching in various outdoor sports and activities.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all safety standards are met.
- Foster a fun, inclusive environment that encourages guest participation.
- Monitor guest feedback and adapt activities to improve satisfaction.
- Essential Requirements
- Mountain leader(ML) qualification
- Bushcraft qualifications or significant bushcraft experience
- Proven experience in outdoor activity leadership.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to instruct diverse groups.
- Current outdoor First-Aid qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving license and own transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management and safe operating procedures
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor pursuits and guest engagement.
- Flexibility to adapt to different activity needs.

- Forest School qualifications
- Watersport or other outdoor activity qualifications
