As an Apprenticeship Enrolment Adviser at Heart of England Training you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality onboarding and enrolment experience for all new apprentices and employers. You will be the key administrative contact ensuring that all compliance requirements are fulfilled, documentation is accurate and complete, and learners are set up for success from day one.
Working closely with Apprenticeship Partners, Educators, and internal teams, you will ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to programme start, in line with DFE and Ofsted standards.
Responsibilities
▪ Conduct approximately 25 high-quality enrolments per month across all apprenticeship programmes fully utilising the CRM system
▪ Complete all enrolment paperwork and digital processes to an auditable standard, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DFE and internal funding guidance
▪ Perform pre-enrolment activities such as BKSB assessments, KSB documentation, and prior attainment checks, Additional Learning Support assessments and anything relating to eligibility
▪ Manage your calendar and ensure timely onboarding of learners and that employers are in attendance
▪ Provide high quality CIAG to learners around career progression and options such as professional bodies
▪ Liaise with Apprenticeship Partners and to coordinate enrolment dates, paperwork status, and employer readiness
▪ Support the creation and uploading of evidence to digital portfolios and MIS systems
▪ Schedule initial educator visits and 4-week induction questionnaires
▪ Ensure consistency, professionalism, and equality of access for every learner during the onboarding process
▪ Monitor and maintain accurate learner records and forecast updates
▪ Support internal quality assurance audits by ensuring documentation is always audit ready
▪ Adhere to all safeguarding, GDPR, Health & Safety, EDI, and Prevent policies
▪ Perform additional duties as reasonably required by your manager
You will need to:

This role will require a commitment to safeguarding and the postholder will undergo training for health & safety, safeguarding, prevent and EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) and GDPR.
Please note that applicants appointed without a recognised teaching qualification will be required to work towards and achieve an appropriate teaching qualification within three years of appointment.
