You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the school. Will work as part of a team to perform a variety of regular and one-off cleaning tasks and duties as directed by their supervisor/line manager.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 3.15 PM – 5.30 PM/ 11.25 hours per week (after school) / 49 weeks a year

£7,414.31/ Year (£617.85/ Month)
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning certain parts of the school site
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors
- Sweeping uncarpeted areas
- Emptying and cleaning bins
- Spot cleaning of spillages
- Cleaning desks, seats, and skirting board
- Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
- Cleaning doors and windows
- Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
- Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Be kind and collaborative with all members of staff at all times.
Skills and experience
- A reasonable level of fitness
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work both alone and in a team
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided by our site supervisor.
Professional uniforms will also be provided and must be worn daily.
