The Role: Housekeeping Creatives
This role is a blend of high-standard housekeeping and creative staging. As a Housekeeping Creative, you’ll be the person responsible for both cleanliness and aesthetic presentation. You’ll ensure each property is not only spotless but beautifully styled, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our brand’s signature look and feel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest spaces to a consistently high standard
- Stage properties to match listing photos—setting mood lighting, placing soft furnishings, and adjusting final details to create an immersive guest experience
- Start and end your day at one of our storage hubs (located in Birmingham and Worcester), collecting and returning supplies
- Travel between multiple properties across Worcester, Malvern, and Birmingham throughout the day
- Perform basic inventory checks and report any missing items, damage, or maintenance issues
- Follow daily schedules and complete tasks efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
- Uphold and contribute to our brand’s reputation for excellent first impressions and outstanding guest experiences
Driver & Vehicle Requirements:
Your main base will be Birmingham, and you will also be expected to travel to Worcester and Malvern to support with housekeeping as required. Due to the nature of the role and the geographical spread of our property portfolio, a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable working vehicle are essential. You’ll need to travel between multiple locations throughout the West Midlands during the day. Our two fully stocked storage units in Birmingham and Worcester support your working day, providing everything you need to deliver the Wyndale experience. A mileage contribution is included.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- A passion for presentation and aesthetics, with an appreciation for creating atmosphere
- Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Organised, with good time management and adaptability
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- A valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle (mileage contribution provided)
