Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our site in Newport, Isle of Wight.
The Role
- Supervising and supporting the cleaning team.
- Locking and securing the school at the end of each shift.
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of the school premises.
- Ensuring the site is left clean, safe, and ready for the next day.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to management as required.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 0730am - 1000am
- 12.5 hours per week
Please note: Due to the site’s location not being on a bus route, you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.

Successful candidates for the role will require:
- Experience in a cleaning role (desirable).
- A great work ethic, positive, and ready to get stuck in.
- A keen eye for the details.
- The ability to work unsupervised at times.
- You should also be prepared to help covering each other for holidays/sickness.
