Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee a busy restaurant and bar operation within a developing holiday park currently undergoing significant investment and expansion.

About You:
- Previous experience managing a high-volume food & beverage operation
- Holiday park experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confident managing team performance, rotas, recruitment, and training
- Commercially aware with experience managing KPIs and P&L performance
- Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience for both owners and holiday makers
The Role:
- Support the Head of Food & Beverage in delivering exceptional service standards across the operation
- Lead, motivate, and develop supervisors and team members
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and day-to-day operations
- Drive sales performance and achieve key business KPIs
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance are maintained at all times
- Create a positive and engaging environment for guests and the wider team

Pay: £34,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
