About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
As the first point of contact for our patients—whether over the phone, via email, or in person—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Booking and managing appointments using our clinical system
- Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries
- Handling patient queries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
About You
You don’t need previous experience in general practice — we’ll provide training and support. What matters most is your attitude and approach.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a confident, clear communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Can stay calm under pressure and handle a busy workload efficiently
- Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team
- Is organised, reliable, and proactive

27.5 hours
MON 11.30-18.30
TUE 9.00-18.30
WED 8.30-15.30
FRI 12.00-18.30
33.5 hours
MON 10.00-18.30
TUE 13.30 - 18:30
WED 8.30-15.30
THR 8.30-14.30
FRI 9:00 - 18:30
