Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth client communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and phone enquiries.
- Follow internal procedures to create, prepare, and send project proposals.
- Monitor and follow up on sent proposals to ensure client responses.
- Answer general client queries, providing accurate information or escalating as necessary.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the office and team workflow.
