We are looking to recruit a level 3 nursery practitioner to join our team. The right candidate must be confident in child development, proactive and be able to provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for your allocated key children and for all our children.
Must have a least a level 3 childcare qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience in a childcare environment.
We are open 7.30am till 6pm Monday-Friday. Closed on bank holidays
The ideal Nursery Practitioner will:
- Be enthusiastic and committed to providing the highest standards of care and learning.
- Have excellent knowledge of Child development.
- Plan high quality experiences to support children's learning.
- Maintain children's records to a high standard.
- Have experience in working with children in an Early Years Nursery.
- Dealing with Partnership with Parents.
- To have knowledge, be capable and have experience of implementing challenging activities.
- To have experience of carrying out observations, planning and providing next steps to enhance the children's development.
- To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all the children within your care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High initiative and flexibility.
