The Role
We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team, working within our ages (6 months – 5 years).
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
- Support children’s development through engaging, child-led learning
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Key Responsibilities Childcare & Education
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Carry out observations, assessments, and planning

- Follow all nursery policies, procedures, and routines
Parent Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years (EYFS approved)
- Experienced working with children aged 6 months – 2 years
- Knowledgeable in EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- A strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Passionate about early childhood development
- A positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay: £25,600.00-£28,000.00 per year
