Your Option Services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Toilet Attendant for our Female & Gents toilets.
As a Toilet Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our public toilets by regularly cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, emptying rubbish bins, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the restroom facilities.
As well as ensuring the toilet areas remain a safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome: Bringing a welcoming, friendly outlook to our toilet areas.
- Cleaning: Regularly clean toilets, sinks, urinals, floors, mirrors, and other surfaces in the restroom using appropriate cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Supply management: Monitor and replenish toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, air fresheners, and other necessary supplies.
- Rubbish disposal: Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Reporting issues: Identify and report any maintenance problems like leaks, blocked toilets, or faulty fixtures.
- Maintaining hygiene standards: Adhere to strict cleaning protocols to ensure a high level of sanitation.
- Customer service: May assist public with inquiries or address any concerns related to the toilet facilities.
- Suitable usage: Monitor cubicle usage to prevent vandalism or inappropriate behaviour.
