WeMindTheGap is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Officer to join our team. Someone who can be the ultimate role model for our students sharing life skills and experience to help our Gappies explore their next steps in life.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our virtual programme WeDiscover, that supports young people aged 16-25 to build confidence and discover the opportunities in their community to make their next step into education, employment or training.
- Location: Wrexham or Flint (optional)
- 30 hours/ 4 days per week
- Salary: £21,216 (£26,520 FTE)
- Closing date: Friday 26th June 2026
- Interview date: Thursday 9th July 2026
- Start date: Monday 10th August
