Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Position: Full-Time
High-Volume Caseload | Established Firm | Strong Support | Career Progression | Performance-Related Bonus
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3 years+ PQE to take on a varied and busy residential conveyancing caseload within a well-established and highly respected multi-office law firm.
You will be joining a firm that is a market leader in residential conveyancing, handling several thousand property transactions each year, with a strong reputation for client service, efficiency, and long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied residential property caseload within a busy and supportive environment.
You will be responsible for handling approximately 30–35 new instructions per month, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- General residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
You will manage your own caseload independently, while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3 years+ experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Is confident handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Is a strong communicator with excellent client care skills
- Is organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Enjoys working within a busy office-based environment
- Is keen to be involved in business development and networking
- Is willing to build relationships with local agents, introducers, and the wider community, as the firm continues to expand its offices
