Barista
Are you a passionate coffee lover with a flair for creating delicious drinks?
Guilt Trip Coffee and Donuts is searching for an barista to join our dynamic team in Broadway.
Position: Part-Time Barista
Location: Guilt Trip Coffee and Donuts Broadway
Hours: 9:30am -4
Age Requirement: 18 + coffee experience is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional coffee beverages with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Opportunity to cover bakery shifts and undergo training to learn baking skills.
Qualifications:
- preferably have prior experience as a barista with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. But we can also offer training to the right candidate.
- A friendly attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn and improve.
