Admin / Customer Services | St Albans
The rewards:

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
The role of Admin / Customer Services:
- Handling client calls and ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying sales opportunities whilst on the phone and recording information in the database
- Outbound calling to build client rapport and encourage product orders
- Proficient data and database entry
- Using Word and Excel as required
The ideal Admin / Customer Services:
- Background in admin or customer services
- Excellent telephone manner
- Very good data entry skills and proficiency with database systems, Word, and Excel
- Organised, approachable, friendly with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls and building client relationships
