Job Details
As a Night Care Manager, you will play an integral role within the care home by ensuring care plans are followed and the resident night routines are completed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will be expected to oversee the night shift, supervising a team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants with the aim of ensuring our residents are safe and well cared for until a new day begins.
This position comes with a high level of responsibility so you will need to have the ability to manage and lead a team and make decisions in the best interest of our residents throughout the night, seeking assistance when required. You will have previous leadership experience in a senior/management position within a residential setting.
We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, a happy disposition, self-motivation, the ability to encourage others to provide the best night care service possible. You will become part of the care home family and let’s be honest, YOU are what makes our home a great place to live and work!
Hours of work:
20:00 - 08:00. You will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off which equates to an average of 42 hours per week in total.
