About the Opportunity
Stardust Pageants is seeking enthusiastic and organised Event Operations Volunteers to support the planning and delivery of Mr, Miss & Mrs South India UK 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for students, graduates, and aspiring event professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, hospitality, guest services, fashion, and entertainment.
Volunteers will work closely with the Events Manager and organising team to help deliver a professional and memorable experience for contestants, guests, sponsors, judges, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning and operational coordination.
- Support contestant registration and communication.
- Help organise photoshoots, auditions, rehearsals, and event-day activities.
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown.
- Welcome and direct guests, contestants, judges, and sponsors.
- Support backstage operations during rehearsals and the grand finale.
- Assist with registration desks and attendee management.
- Coordinate with photographers, makeup artists, designers, and vendors.
- Help maintain event schedules and ensure activities run smoothly.
- Support general administrative and logistics tasks as required.

- Interest in events, hospitality, fashion, entertainment, or community engagement.
- Previous event or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.

Time Commitment
