Help Shape the Future of a Growing Paediatric Physiotherapy Service
Therapy4Kids is an established, clinician-led multidisciplinary practice supporting babies, children and young people aged 0–18 years across South West London and Surrey.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in a predominantly clinical role, with the opportunity to take on a newly created Physiotherapy Team Lead position.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys delivering outstanding therapy whilst also contributing to service development, leadership and the future direction of paediatric physiotherapy within the practice.
About the Role
You will work with a varied caseload of babies, children and young people presenting with:
- Developmental delay
- Neurodevelopmental conditions
- Neurological presentations
- Coordination and motor difficulties
- Musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
- Babies and early years developmental concerns
The role includes a mixture of clinic-based appointments and local school visits, with regular opportunities for multidisciplinary and joint working.
For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to become our Physiotherapy Team Lead, supporting service development, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the wider leadership team.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- Experience working within paediatric physiotherapy
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable:
- Experience across both neurodevelopmental and musculoskeletal caseloads
- Experience supervising or mentoring others
- Interest in leadership and service development
