The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially focused Centre Manager who thrives on leading teams, building strong customer relationships, and delivering outstanding business performance.
As a Centre Manager, you will take full ownership of your centres, creating an exceptional experience for customers while driving occupancy, revenue, and profitability. You will be the leader, strategist, and ambassador for your locations, bringing energy, innovation, and a strong sense of community.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading the day-to-day operations of your centres, ensuring high standards of presentation, service, and product quality
Delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as a visible and approachable presence within the centres
Driving commercial performance, including occupancy, rental income, ancillary revenue, and overall profitability
Building strong relationships with customers, delivering proactive account management to support retention and growth
Managing customer queries and escalations quickly and effectively, ensuring total satisfaction
Collaborating with Revenue, Marketing, and Facilities teams to maximise opportunities and maintain operational excellence
Identifying and implementing improvements, innovations, and value-enhancing initiatives across centres
Creating a vibrant community by hosting networking events and encouraging inter-customer collaboration
Overseeing budgets, P&Ls, and expenditure, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements
Championing sustainability and ESG initiatives, supporting Workspace’s Net Zero Carbon goals

You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver their best every day. We’re looking for a leader who builds a positive, high-performing, ‘one-team’ culture, where communication is open, and innovation is encouraged.
You’ll also need to have:
Experience in a customer-facing, operational management role
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
A record of delivering commercial results and achieving targets
Experience managing budgets and financial performance (P&L)
Excellent customer care and relationship management skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to work proactively, autonomously, and under pressure
This role requires you to be on site 5 days a week.
