Bricklaying Price Work Gangs Required
St Albans Brickwork are looking for experienced bricklaying price work gangs for a residential development in Little Chalfont.
This role will involve carrying out both substructure and superstructure works, so gangs must be confident and experienced in both stages of the build.
Rates:
- £700 per thousand bricks
- £17 per m2 on blockwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Brickwork and blockwork on residential units
- Substructure and superstructure works
- Working to NHBC standards
- Managing your own workload and output
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS cards for all operatives
- Proven experience on residential housing developments
- Ability to work independently
- Must be experienced in both substructure and superstructure works
- Own full kit including profiles and all necessary tools
- Own transport
- Strong understanding of site health and safety
