Picker and Packer (Mandarin Speaking)
Hours
- Available Monday to Sunday
- Shift start times: 9am, 11am, 3pm, or 6pm
- Minimum 8 hours per shift
The role of Picker and Packer:
- Efficiently pack products for shipping while ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods from lorries
- Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage stock levels
- Participate in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Engage in picking and packing activities, accurately selecting items based on orders
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all packing materials are readily available
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all packed items meet company specifications
The ideal Picker and Packer:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of packing processes
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is an advantage
- Experience in materials handling, including the ability to lift heavy items safely
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
