What We Offer
- Excellent rates of pay: £36,500 – £48,700 per annum (based on an 8-hour day, 5-day week)
- Full-time and part-time positions available

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are passionate about motorcycling and committed to helping others become safe, confident riders. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A full UK motorcycle licence, held for a minimum of three years.
- To be a fit and proper person, with no current convictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the patience to coach riders of all abilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the motorcycle community.
- A professional, reliable and positive approach to your work.
- The confidence to motivate, encourage and inspire learners throughout their training.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Mechanical knowledge or practical motorcycle maintenance experience.
- Previous experience in teaching, coaching or instructing.
- Existing DAS qualification or a willingness to undertake instructor training.
