Main Duties
· Erecting, and servicing ‘For Sale’ boards for a variety of estate agency clients. Average daily work load between 40 – 60 property visits per day (numbers may vary throughout the year)
· Using ‘SignMaster3 the Agency Express online board management system and mobile application to manage work load
Skills required
· General DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills etc
· Comfortable with ladder work
· Personable, presentable and happy to take calls where needed
· Organised, able to work by yourself and to use initiative when required
· Clean driving license
Working Hours: 7/8am - 4/5pm Monday to Friday.
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days, plus bank holidays.
